The breakfast in the cave-like dining room was a delightful start to each day, and the staff's assistance with local transportation made navigating Prague effortless.

Location near cultural and historical landmarks, Unique underground breakfast room, Complimentary transport options to the airport
The noise from early morning cleaning staff was a major disturbance!!! Rooms could benefit from better soundproofing to enhance comfort. It's also disappointing to deal with limited information on local attractions.

We stayed in a fantastic family suite with spacious accommodations for all four of us. The breakfast was a highlight, set in a cozy cellar and offering dishes that even my picky eaters enjoyed. The staff was friendly and genuinely cared for our comfort.
My kids wished there was an elevator to help with our luggage.

I particularly admired the charming medieval elements integrated into Hotel Waldstein's decor, which beautifully complemented the historical architecture of Prague. The lobby was inviting, and the low-step entry made accessibility comfortable for me as a senior.
Could use more accessible seating options in dining area.

The hotel features spacious, comfortable rooms with modern touches. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the location near the castle was ideal for exploring. However, the lack of an elevator could be a challenge for those with heavy luggage, especially to the upper floors.

Highly recommend for families!
We got warmly welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, and got a staff member who carried our luggage which is something you don’t expect these days. The breakfast was delicious, so many choices, and they even had some fresh pastries, it felt like we were at a fancy cafe instead of a hotel!
It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for what we got.

We had a wonderful time exploring Prague and the location was perfect for us, being just a short walk from Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with so many options to choose from, all served in a cozy setting that really set the tone for our day. The room was comfortable and well-kept, which made our stay enjoyable despite the slight challenge of the steep stairs. Overall, it was a delightful experience that I would highly recommend to families visiting the city.
